Overview

The sponsor dashboard is the central hub for managing your virtual race. Every sponsor gets access to core race management tools, with additional premium dashboards available for larger races.

Standard Dashboards

All sponsors have access to these dashboards:

Dashboard What It Does
Announcement Email Email all racers at a specified time. Supports exclusion lists, template variables, and activity-based recipient filtering.
Reports Download racer data (email addresses, mileage logs), PDF racer report (graphs, breakouts, sortable by date), and purchases report (registrations).
Connect Stripe Account Mandatory for charity/fundraising races. Connect your Stripe account so donations flow directly to your organization.
Group Management Preload groups for additional competition layers (departments, ERGs, locations).
Offline Contributions Received a check? Add it to the race fundraising total.
Activity Conversion Edit or add activity-to-miles conversions so 80+ activities earn race miles.
Route Management Create route segments, upload GPX files, and reorder segments.
Race Details Management Edit the race “about” section and add charity details.
Team Management Move racers between teams and designate team captains.
Registration Management Create registration packages and add-ons.

Premium Dashboards ($)

These dashboards are available to sponsors on a prepay package. Dashboards marked with $ in the onboarding email require a premium plan.

Dashboard What It Does
Milestone Email ($) Trigger an email when a racer or team passes a defined mile marker on the route.
Coupon Codes ($) Create discount or free-entry coupons to incentivize racers or nudge them into groups.
Race Eventpage ($) Create a custom branded event page with WYSIWYG editing. Requires “Unrestricted HTML in dashboards” to be enabled by the Racery team.
Pindrop Management ($) Add photos, images, or links at specific points along the route.
Bling Management ($) Customize bibs, finish awards, announcement placards, pindrops, postcards, and donor awards.

Accessing Dashboards

When logged in, click your avatar in the top right corner of Racery.com to access your admin dashboards. Look for the blue + button to add new elements in most dashboards. Other racers cannot see your admin dashboards.

Adding Admin Permissions

Dashboard access is not self-serve. To grant a colleague access to your race's dashboards:

  1. Ask your colleague to register on Racery first (they need a Racery account)
  2. Email team@racery.com with the colleague's name and email, requesting dashboard access for your race
  3. The Racery team will grant admin permissions — typically within one business day

Note: If you or a colleague cannot access a specific dashboard (e.g., reports appear locked), contact team@racery.com to have your permissions adjusted.
